AWI’s Spring Leadership Conference is a two-day event for the purpose of conducting the Spring Chapter Officer Council meeting that focuses on individual leadership skills and growth for existing and new AWI Chapter Volunteer Leaders. Additionally, the AWI Board of Directors meets at this event where a wide cross section of AWI volunteer leaders can network and build upon new and existing relationships. Other activities at the Spring Leadership Conference include AWI Committee Meetings, education offerings and when possible, plant tours of interest.
