Cost of Doing Business Survey is Open!
March 1, 2015
The CODBS is a premier financial tool for measuring your operating costs, compensation levels and benefits packages for use in improving your company's financial performance. The financial data and industry benchmarks you receive are unique to the architectural woodwork industry and are not available anywhere else. The AWI Cost of Doing Business Survey (CODBS) is open to all active Manufacturing Members.
Click here to begin the survey. You will be asked to login using your Company Name, your User Name and a secure Password that was generated for you by Inverra. If you need a Password reminder, click “Forgot your Password?” and it will be sent to your Email address. Remember, access is only available to your company's primary contact. If you have any technical browser problems, check out the help information in the CODBS page of the Members Only section.
NOTE: There are technical difficulties with completing the CODBS in Google Chrome. Please use Internet Explorer.
Architectural Woodwork Standards
On October 1, 2014, AWS, Edition Two is our NEW industry standard.
The Architectural Woodwork Standards, Edition Two becomes the prevailing industry standard as the replacement and successor to previously published standards. The AWS, Edition Two prevails where the AWS is referenced in plans and specifications. AWS, Edition Two applies to projects bid on or after October 1, 2014. An exception would apply if the bid documents name another standard specifically by title, publication date and/or edition number.
Each AWI Member Organization and each AWI Individual Affiliate Member will receive one (1) printed copy of the AWS Edition Two Book with shipments anticipated the week of September 15, 2014. Members may also purchase additional single printed books or case quantities at substantial member only discounts.
As an extra exclusive AWI Member Only benefit, a complimentary copy of the AWS Edition Two Book as a PDF download file may be obtained in the AWI Member Only Store.
